Keto Spicy Pork Rib Wrap

This is a slightly different twist to your pork ribs whether you are sticking them on a barbeque or in your conventionaloven, spiced with the Piri Piri marinade (available here). You will require a baking tray, tooth pics (or bakers string) and a pastrybrush for this recipe. 

Ingredients (10 servings)

1 full recipe of the Keto Piri Piri Sauce (recipe here)

Pork Ribs 350g

Salt ½ tsp

Pepper ½ tsp

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven at 200c

  2. Select your ribs from the supermarket or butcher

  3. Choose a cut which is not too long, short, and long

  4. Lay ribs flat on a preparation surface

  5. Take the marinade and brush either side, be generous

  6. Season with salt & Pepper

  7. Roll the ribs and into a circular shape and pierce each end with the tooth pics

  8. Brush more marinade onto the inside of the rib

  9. Place onto baking tray and place into the oven at 200c

  10. Every 10 minutes remove and baste more marinade

  11. Cook for 35mins

  12. Serve hot with salad or Vegetables or even on its own
