Keto Piri Piri Marinade

This is a no sugar Piri Piri marinade adapted for us on the Ketogenic journey, best using African Birds eye chilli peppers for more of an authentic sauce , if not just use regular chillies , creating a thermogenic kick to your dinner.

Ingredients (2 servings)

Juice from 1 lemon

White wine vinegar 50ml

Olive oil 50ml

Garlic fresh 2 cloves

Crushed chillies 1tsp

Dried Oregano 1tsp

Thyme 1tsp

Cumin 1tsp

Salt ½ tsp


(per serving)


  1. Mix all ingredients into a food processor and blitz

  2. Brush over meats /fish before cooking

  3. After 10 mins brush another layer over your cooking meats

  4. Continue every 10 minutes until meat is cooked
