Keto-Pro began in Neath, South Wales, where we first opened a low-carb store and café. We launched just as Covid hit, which made for a challenging start, but the shop quickly became a hub for the local community and a place to discover low-carb options.

At the same time, our online presence began to grow. Orders were packed in the back room of the shop, but before long it was clear we simply couldn’t house enough stock to keep up with demand. To create space, we moved the shop into Neath Indoor Market, allowing us to dedicate more of our resources to fulfilling online orders.

By Summer 2024, the direction was clear: online had become the focus of Keto-Pro. We made the decision to close the shop and concentrate fully on our website, while continuing to base ourselves proudly in Neath.
