Delivery and Shipping

At Keto-Pro, we dispatch orders Monday-Friday, except Bank Holidays. We will endeavour to ensure all parcels are delivered by the time-scale shown below, but  we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are delayed due to adverse weather conditions, which is unfortunately out of our hands. We can only apologise in advance for this, and will try our best to notify you of any delays.

We are working on adding more destinations to this list. If you are in a different country and would like to place an order, please email info@theketopro.com and we'll see what we can do!

Due to import restrictions, we are currently unable to send animal-based products to some overseas locations. If you live in one of these locations and attempt to order such products, you will be prompted at checkout to remove them from your basket. We apologise for any inconvenience - unfortunately this is out of our control.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my order?

If you are in the UK, you will receive your order wthin 1-2 days after dispatch. If you are in the UK isles, you will receive your order within 3 working days after dispatch.

Orders placed before midday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Can I specify a different delivery address to my billing address?

Yes! Orders can be dispatched to a different delivery address, but we may ask for further confirmation or proof of identity for orders shipped to alternative addresses.

Can I add special delivery instructions to my order?

Within the shopping cart there is a facility where you can add delivery instructions. For example: "If out, please leave with neighbour". Please note that it may not always be possible for the courier to follow these instructions (for example signed for items cannot be left at the rear of properties).

Which couriers do Keto-Pro use?

For UK Standard Delivery (excluding Northern Ireland) we use Royal Mail.

For UK Express Delivery, we have teamed up with DHL to deliver our orders. They offer an excellent customer service with email tracking updates, SMS updates (if you provide your mobile number) and the option to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place (please note that these requests are made at the customer's own risk).

For Overseas orders, we use different couriers to offer the best value to our customers. These include Royal Mail, FedEx, DHL, Yodel and Evri.

What if I miss my delivery?

If nobody is available to sign for your order, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.

What if my parcel has been damaged during transit?

Upon receipt of your delivery before you sign for the parcel, please check that the package is not damaged or if you think that your parcel has been tampered with, ensure that you bring this to the courier's attention and sign for the parcel as damaged. Damages must be reported by email (info@theketopro.com) within 2 business days of the parcel being received and signed for.

Deliveries that are in dispute or are under investigation can take 7-10 working days for a resolution, during this period no alternative products or refunds can be processed until the courier investigation have been completed.

What if something is missing from my order?

Drop us an email (info@theketopro.com) within 2 business days of receipt of your order and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, due to punitive courier costs and the tax/duty impact of Brexit, we are currently not dispatching parcels to overseas countries which aren't listed above. We are continually reviewing this situation and trying to find a resolution.

Do you ship to the Channel Islands?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the Channel Islands, but we are working on it!
