You’ve got 30 working days from delivery to send your item back to us.

Something not quite right?

If there’s an issue with your order, please feel free to get in touch with us - we may able to sort things without the need for a return.

Returns: What we need from you

  • Items must be unused and unopened
  • Sent back with original packaging + labels
  • Include your order number
  • Instructions on whether you'd like a refund or a replacement.

Follow the steps above and, once it’s back with us, we’ll process your return accordingly.

A couple of important bits

We keep this fair and simple:

  • You'll need to cover the cost of your return
  • We can’t accept opened or used products
  • Please get proof of postage (and tracked for higher value orders), as we can only provide refunds once your return has arrived with us.
  • If your order included a free gift, please pop that back in too (unused). If it’s not included, we’ll adjust the refund to reflect it where applicable.

Need a Replacement Quickly?

If you need a replacement quickly, the easiest option is to place a new order to secure stock, then send the original back to us — we’ll process your refund within 3–5 days once it arrives.
