🚚 Orders & Delivery
Everything you need to know about placing an order, delivery, and what happens once it’s on the way — including tracking, couriers, and common delivery questions.
How long does delivery take, and will I get tracking?
Orders placed before midday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Once your order leaves us, you’ll receive tracking details by email so you can follow its progress. Most UK orders arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch, depending on the service selected at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help. Drop us a message as soon as possible and we’ll take a look. If it’s already been processed, we’ll guide you through the next best option.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times will vary depending on destination and service selected.

Can I specify a different delivery address to my billing address?
Yes! Orders can be despatched to a different delivery address, but we may ask for further confirmation or proof of identity for orders shipped to alternative addresses.
Can I add special delivery instructions to my order?
Within the shopping cart there is a facility where you can add delivery instructions. For example: "If out, please leave with neighbour". Please note that it may not always be possible for the courier to follow these instructions (for example signed for items cannot be left at the rear of properties).
What if I miss my delivery?
If nobody is available to sign for your order, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.
Which couriers do you use?
Orders using our UK free delivery service are dispatched by Royal Mail.
For Express Delivery, we have teamed up with DHL to deliver our orders. They offer an excellent customer service with email tracking updates, SMS updates (if you provide your mobile number) and the option to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place (please note that these requests are made at the customer's own risk).
For Overseas orders, we use different couriers to offer the best value to our customers. These include Royal Mail, FedEx, DHL, Yodel and Evri.
What if my parcel has been damaged during transit?
If your parcel doesn’t look right on arrival, it’s best to flag it with the courier at the door and sign for it as damaged where possible.
Once you’ve received it, just drop us a quick message (use the link at the bottom of the page or the chat window) within 2 working days with a few details (photos always help), and we’ll take it from there.
In some cases, we may need to raise an investigation with the courier. These usually take around 7-10 working days to resolve. While that’s in progress, we’re not able to issue replacements or refunds, but we’ll keep things moving and updated your end.
As long as the above steps are followed, we’ll make sure everything gets sorted properly.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes — we ship to a range of international destinations, with options shown at checkout based on your location. You can learn more about the countries we ship to, and costs on our shipping page.

📦 Collection
If you’re local to Swansea, you can collect your order directly from our fulfilment partner — quick, simple, and no waiting on delivery.
Do you offer collection, and how does it work?
Yes - just select the collection option at checkout. We’ll email you once your order is ready (usually much quicker, but please allow up to 24 hours Monday-Friday).
Collections are available Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm from our fulfilment centre in Swansea.

🔄 Returns
Changed your mind or something not quite right? Here’s how returns and refunds work, and what to expect along the way.
What’s your returns policy?
You’ve got 30 working days from delivery to return an item to us, as long as it’s unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
If something’s not quite right, it’s always worth getting in touch first — we can often sort things without the need for a return.
How do refunds work?
Once your return arrives with us, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 working days.
You’ll just need to cover the cost of returning the item, and we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind. If your order included a free gift, just pop that back in too (unused). If it’s not included, we’ll simply adjust the refund to reflect it.
I need a replacement quickly - what’s the best option?
If you’re in a hurry, the easiest option is to place a new order to secure stock, then send the original back to us. We’ll process your refund within 3-5 days once it arrives.

How should I use your products day-to-day?
Our products are designed to fit into real routines. Electrolytes+ can be taken any time hydration matters — first thing, around training, or during the day. Protein works well post-training or as a convenient top-up, while MCT can be added to coffee, shakes, or meals. Start small and build up to what works for you.

Do I need to follow Keto to use your products?
Not at all. While our roots are in Keto, the way we formulate is simple — no sugar, no unnecessary additives, just clean, effective ingredients. That naturally makes our products suitable for Keto and low-carb, but they’re built first and foremost to be better options, full stop.

What makes Keto-Pro Electrolytes+ different?
It’s built around doing the job properly. You’re getting properly dosed sodium, potassium and magnesium in highly bioavailable forms, alongside a full spectrum of trace minerals from Aquamin. There’s no sugar, nothing artificial, and no compromise on ingredient quality - just a clean, effective formula that supports real hydration and performance.
What should I look for in a good electrolyte supplement?
Start with meaningful doses of the key minerals - not just token amounts. Look for forms that are well absorbed (often labelled as citrate or similar), and avoid products padded out with sugar, artificial ingredients or unnecessary fillers. A clean, functional formula will always outperform a flashy one.
Are all electrolyte drinks the same?
Not even close. Many are built more like flavoured soft drinks - low mineral content, high sugar, and limited real benefit. Others are underdosed to the point where they won’t meaningfully move the needle. The difference comes down to formulation quality, not branding.

Are electrolytes useful during illness or recovery?

Do electrolytes help with headaches or “Keto flu”?
They can help in situations where symptoms are linked to low fluid intake or shifts in electrolyte balance - which is common when starting a low-carb or Keto diet. They’re not a cure for headaches in general, but they can help address one of the underlying causes.
Can electrolytes help with hangovers?
They may help support rehydration after drinking, which can leave you depleted. That can take the edge off how you feel, but they’re not a cure-all - just one part of getting properly rehydrated.
Should I take electrolytes while using Mounjaro or similar medications?
They can be helpful, particularly if you’re eating less or experiencing side effects like nausea or digestive upset, which can make hydration harder to maintain. That said, if you’re unsure or dealing with ongoing symptoms, it’s always sensible to check in with a healthcare professional.
