I dipped in and out of carnivore previously and always went back to carbs because after a couple of weeks I used to get severe burning in my legs when cycling. I found Rich on Dr Chaffee's podcast and subsequently he's own Podcast. I booked a 1-to-1 session with Rich and a few products were recommended, including BHB/C8 and electrolytes. Using Pre Workout before Zwift rides and races have made a massive difference. I have gained 20w on my FTP and had the best 2 weeks of my cycling in terms of power numbers. I'm only in CAT D but I have won 2 crit races and come second and third on 2 others. I have also managed to complete races on back to back days and be competitive.

This product I’ve been using for a while now and it’s miles ahead of other leading brand name pre workouts. The boost it gives you is the added fire I needed to get those extra reps and sets in. Not to mention the MCT, Taurine and Citrulline malate that’s added. The best.
