In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase, you may return your item at any time up to 30 working days after the day of delivery. At your cost please return unused or unopened goods, along with your order number all original packaging and any labels for a full refund or exchange. Please Note: We cannot accept returns for used or opened products . This does not affect your statutory rights.

You must get proof of postage from your local post office or courier. It is highly recommended for high value goods to use a tracked and signed for service. If you fail to identify proof of postage then you are liable for any lost items.

We cannot be held liable for goods that fail to arrive.

Any free goods that came with the item you are returning for a refund should be returned if unused and in original packaging. If the free gift has been used then it should be kept and the value of the free gift will be taken off the balance that will be given back to you.

To receive a replacement item

We recommend that you place another order online as soon as you know you will have to return the original goods; ensuring you are able to immediately reserve the stock and receive a replacement without any unnecessary delay. We will then inspect your returned item(s) and refund the costs within 3-5 days.
