Easy to mix and felt it starting to work within minutes, by 20 mins I was bouncing!!! Helped immensely whilst doing a DIY project that needed concentration and stamina. Job was done without mistake and probably half the time tbh!!! Overall great product.

The taste was nice but it was i had been spiked with something . Had adrenaline rushes for hours and kicked off huge anxiety attacks for me . Asked my wife to try one as she never gets anxiety and she hated it too made her feel really manky .
