I generally try to avoid Keto snacks. Mainly as I try to avoid highly processed foods but also because most Keto snacks aren’t even Keto. But I needed something easily packable for days at the crag to provide some extra calories. And these bars are fantastic, nice taste (for sweeteners at least), a decent size and definitely ketogenic.
