Oxalate Dumping

Shifting towards a more animal-based way of eating and reducing high-oxalate foods can, for some people, coincide with a temporary phase often referred to as “oxalate dumping”. During this period, stored oxalates may be released from tissues, which can be uncomfortable for some individuals.

The potassium and magnesium citrate used in our formula are chosen for their high bioavailability and affinity for oxalates. By supporting normal mineral balance and excretion pathways, they can help the body manage this transition more comfortably and support overall electrolyte balance.

Dissolve 1 scoop (5g) of Electrolytes+ in 500ml of cold water. Shake or blend well. Does your drink taste too strong? Use less per serving or top up with extra water to suit your taste. Use up to twice daily.
