These bars hit the spot , my personal favourite is great caramel and nutty one. Delivery was good and the boxes are quite useful for posting on things to mates. Recommend to anyone trying keto for 1st time. It helps you to get over that feeling of missing out , even your not, it’s just habit. Good luck and happy weight loss to all us Keto folk. X

Firstly let me say this product certainly appears to work. I took just 1/3rd of a serving (4 grams) after a 12 hr overnight fast and then tested for ketones 1.0 to 1.5 hours after ingestion and found a reading of 3.7 mmol/L. Levels for that time in the morning normally are in the range 1-2 mmol/L so a very convincing increase was seen. The 'unflavoured' taste of this product is however not pleasant so taken on it own it might put some people off.

The taste is without doubt not the best (at least not for my taste buds), but after experimenting I have found a solution. I use around 400 ml coffee 1tbsp MCT oil recommended serving of BHB 1 tbsp heavy cream 1 scoop of collagen :) My kind of Keto Coffee! And the price is really good!
