How to use
Mix 1 scoop (approx. 30g) with at least 200ml water or almond milk. For best results consume within 45 minutes of a training session. Take up to 2 servings per day.

It's very tasty and not too sweet like others I've tried. I like the strawberry and mix it with water and a little heavy cream or keto pro's MCT powder in a shaker bottle.

Ordered a vanilla batch and really wasn’t to my liking at all. Customer service was excellent and offered to let me try the strawberry flavour, and a great tip to mix it in with some yoghurt. I absolutely love it! Thanks for the great staff who sorted this out for me. Going to try chocolate next, but I cannot in good conscience recommend the vanilla flavour to anyone.

I am using the chocolate flavour at present. It’s good would like an option to have a protein sake with more of a fat content though. But I can’t fault how it mixes, the taste and the protein content. Will be using this as my go to post work out meal.

We love this.. it's part of our morning, 'return from the gym and make a awesome smoothie' ritual. A big dollop of Greek yoghurt, some water or milk/coconut water, a tablespoon of double cream, a scoop of this and some frozen berries - and that keeps us going til lunchtime!
