Excellent, A really top team at the keto pro shop. Answered all my questions and more I'm not saying it was easy changing to a keto lifestyle but believe me it gets easier with recipes and feedback from the other people in the class . Here's to hitting my goal in 2023 x

Keto club progress
I received excellent support and guidance throughout the 8weeks , my crones improved and I dropped from size 14 to size 8 and lost 13kilos my entertainment levels improved and my focus also improved this is a healthy life style to start and am amazing group to enjoy
