Keto Olive Tapenade

Olives are an excellent source of healthy fats and are packed with nutrients. Tapenade is perfect with salads, cheese plates and as a savoury breakfast.

For this simple recipe, you will need a small food processor. You can omit the anchovies to make this dish vegan.

Ingredients (4 servings)

• Olives pitted (fresh or bottled) 200g

• Garlic 1 clove

• Capers 1tbsp

• Olive Oil 4tbsp

• Salt pinch ¼ tsp

• Pepper pinch ¼ tsp

• Anchovies (omit if you wish)1 tbsp

• Lemon juice 1tbsp

• Parsley 20g to dress


(per serving)


  1. Add the olives, garlic, capers,salt, pepper, anchovies, and lemon to the food processor

  2. Pour the olive oil and lemon juice and blitz for around 1 minute

  3. Dress with parsley and add more salt if you desire

  4. Refrigerate for up to 1 week in sealed container
