'THE MOTHER'

The Mother is strands of protein (which contain enzymes and beneficial bacteria) that consists of cellulose and acetic acid, which gives the vinegar a cloudy-like appearance believed to be rich in health-boosting natural protein, healthy bacteria and acetic acid.

Our Cloudy Apple Cider Vinegar is made in Italy from old varieties of cider apple. The mother is the dark, cloudy substance in the Apple Cider Vinegar formed from naturally occurring pectin and apple residues - it appears as molecules of protein connected in strand-like chains and becomes visible when the brownish liquid is held to the light. The presence of the mother shows that the best part of the apple has not been destroyed.

Note:
Apple cider vinegar from shops labelled as 'filtered' (a clear liquid), will not contain the ‘mother’ due to over processing, filtration and overheating.

The Process
The apples are handpicked and once gathered, the pressing and fermenting process begins. It takes three years to make the vinegar, after which the liquid is ready to be bottled. Every single bottle to come from the farm is hand-poured, hand-labelled and individually quality checked. There are no nasty added ingredients. In each bottle is the goodness in its purest form, for you to enjoy.

How to use:
It can be diluted in water to make up as a drink, by mixing two tablespoons in a glass of cold or warm water. You may like to add a a squeeze of lemon.

Alternatively, it can be used to dress a meal or salad as you would with regular table vinegar.

Great item

I have this a part of my nutrition package, no apple cider vinegar will taste good let’s put that out there. But this one with the cinnamon and turmeric is a great blend and I use it daily. I either add it to some water or take a shot of it to get it down quickly.

Great Value

It arrived packaged well and perfect. Lovely flavour the best I have tried. I love the added tumeric and cinnamon, so many health benefits in one bottle. I would consider this an all in one, as buying cinnamon, tumeric and apple cider vinegar separately can be costly and a pain to remember to add them all together lol. This hits the spot well worth the money and especially that it is on offer too. Will definitely be purchasing again. Thank you Keto-Pro.

Surprisingly pleasant

I’ve never been a fan of ACV but this is actually really good. The added cinnamon and turmeric adds a soothing taste and feel. I take this with some warm water before food.
