I love these, all the flavours are great. They are good for a afternoon snack or in the evening if your feeling peckish. They are very filling and full of nutrition. I will definitely but these again and I would recommend them to anyone on the kept plan. Carbs are between 2-4 grams of carbs so not a high carb snack
