My name is Kev Mason, I am a certified Ketogenic coach and personal trainer, formally an obese solider.
I spent 13 years in the British Army, gaining weight and reaching a massive 131kg, it wasn’t until I left the Army that I realised what I had done and after coming to terms with this and trying to lose weight and failing using the standard diets recommended by the government, I found Paleo and then Ketogenic lifestyles. Using Keto and Paleo to lose weight was enjoyable and fairly easy, and I then gained the confidence to join a Crossfit gym and stated weight training. Now in my 4th year of coaching people around the world I have adapted what I call the 4 pillars, Food, Fitness, Health and Well-being, alongside my amplifiers, Sleep, Sun and Fun my coaching is unique and enjoyable.
